Areesa Chinoy

Areesa Chinoy is a Child Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, USA and IBA) specializing in working with children facing learning, socio-emotional, and behavioral challenges. Licensed by the Community Development Authority (CDA) in Dubai, she has extensive experience with developmental disorders such as autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, and language delays. Areesa is also an Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) Certified Assessor. Currently, she works with clients from all over Pakistan as well as across the middle east region including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia.
Areesa holds a degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and a postgraduate degree in Child Psychology from University College London. Her research interests focus on executive function and attention, particularly visuo-spatial processing and working memory. She has worked extensively with parents, teachers, and schools to implement support programs.
In Dubai, she has contributed to special needs programs in schools, developed Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), and conducted cognitive and academic assessments. As a BCBA, she applies Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to design intervention plans and supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Karachi and Dubai. She also conducts parent and teacher training on behavior intervention plans.

Hi, I’m Ahlam! I’m a BCBA and I have completed a graduate level diploma in Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology (USA). I have also completed a Masters in Developmental Disorders from the University of Nottingham and a diploma in remedial teaching from R.E.A.Dyslexics.I started working in the field in 2016, with an internship at a school for special needs. Since that year every year during my summer break I volunteered at such organizations. After graduation, I started working as a remedial teacher and realized the importance of early intervention and tailoring the education system to cater to the individualized needs of children early on.I love working with children and I love that I learn something new from them everyday. I’ve learnt to be compassionate, empathetic, and most important of all live learnt to keep my inner child olive.

Hi! My name is Naiha Khan. I have a Master’s in Developmental and Educational Psychology and I am a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA). I have been providing behaviour support services for over 3 years, working with children ranging from the ages of 3 to 15. I work to understand behaviour concerns and how to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
